Owen and I caught a train from Philly to New York to visit my sister and her family for a few days. My dad was there visiting as well, PLUS we got to hear my sister sing (alongside professional Broadway and opera singers, and she was FABULOUS!) We were busy, and walked miles and miles all over the city. There is so much to do, and so much amazing food to eat (we even did a "food tour" that was so fabulous it requires it's own post)
Columbus Circle
The piano at FAO Schwarz, of course. Erin's busting a few sweet moves on the big piano...

Owen, for reasons unknown, was NOT ok with the big piano... this is what happened when I tried to put him down.

Loved the diggers and cement trucks though... little boys dream come true eh?

Central Park with fall colors is stunning

More Central Park

Gross birds... so many gross birds there.

Owen loved the gross birds and chased them around saying "hold it! hold it!"

Chelsea Markets

Skyline from our boat ride around Manhattan

My dad and I got to see Mary Poppins on Broadway... fantastic!

Waiting for the show to start (and the theater to fill up)

Central Park

Bethesda Fountain

Those strollers made it all over the city...

The arch at Washington Square Park

Just waiting for the subway... we went to this museum though, and it is incredible... they have a tapestry made out of spiderwebs (among other things)

The pictures are great :) Looks like a blast! Your gross birds remind me of staying at my mother in-law's house! You couldn't park (or walk) down a certain part of the driveway because of the gross birds that lived on the wires....ick!
You guys sure have lots adventures! How fun to be able to see so many sites and visit and do so much! I love the pictures, always great pictures!
