Beach BBQ
Saturday was gorgeous, today it is cold and rainy. At least we made the most of the good weather and spent lots of time outdoors yesterday. Dave came up with a last minute plan to head out to the beach for a bbq. We went to the kite flying beach, but this time around there was no need to take shelter in the playground. The weather was perfect, the food was tasty, and the kids all had a nice coating of sand by the end of it.

We almost went to the beach too after the party, but thought Josh needed a nap so Chris took Caleb out to throw rocks into the water in Norwalk. It was a beautiful day!
ha! love the slide picture. looks like Owen's left foot is about to stick and make him spin around (that happens to jonah quite often).
It was so fun! I loved watching Owen "swimming" in the sand! We need to go lots more times this spring/summer! Did you see the forcast for next weekend!?
